Antisense Pharma dedicates itself to developing new therapies that increase the life expectancy and improve the quality of life of cancer patients. The antisense drug candidate trabedersen is being tested in different clinical studies.
High-Grade Gliomas (Brain tumors)
The international pivotal clinical Phase III study, SAPPHIRE, for refractory or recurrent anaplastic astrocytoma (malignant glioma, WHO grade III) or secondary glioblastoma (malignant glioma, WHO grade IV) was terminated prematurely, due to slow patient recruitment. Pancreatic Cancer
The Phase I/II study of therapy-refractory, adult patients with advanced pancreatic cancer is completed. The data is being analyzed for future publication of the results. For further information on this study, please visit ClinicalTrials.gov.

Malignant Melanoma (Skin cancer)

Colorectal Cancer
